Bebinca de Leite (Coconut Milk Custard)
- 1 can condensed milk
- 2 cans coconut milk
- 2-1/2 cups water
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 2 tbsp butter
- Mix cornstarch with water.
- In saucepan bring almost to a boil coconut milk, condensed milk and butter.
- Slowly pour cornstarch mixture stirring all the time until it thickens.
- Pour into mould and cool overnight.
